Day 01 : Ahmedabad - Dasada
On day 1 of the Wildlife Safari in Gujarat, India you will be reaching Ahmedabad. From here you will be traveling 90 km to arrive at Dasada. In the evening, you will be embarking on a safari to the Little Rann of Kutch.
In the Little Rann of Kutch - a desert wildlife sanctuary and an abode of the Asiatic wild ass in the peninsula of India, you will come across endangered wildlife species such as wolf, foxes, Indian gazelle and McQueen's bustard. It will be an absolute pleasure to bask in the beauty of the sun setting somewhere in the wide horizon at Bajana Lake which remains all crowded with the beautiful flamingos, pelicans, demoiselle and cranes among other splendid avian species.
Get ready for a nightlong stay at Rann Riders which is a fantastic safari resort. Erected of local materials and reflecting truly village ambience, the Rann Riders presents you with air-conditioned cottages. The cottages are beautiful and comfortable. Some of the modern amenities that have been added in every cottage include long cane beds, dressing section, work table and attached bath with hot and cold water supply.
Day 02 : Dasada - Gir NP
On day 2 early in the morning you will be driven to the Little Rann for bird watching and spotting exotic wildlife. Next, you will be driving to Gir. Your stay arrangements will be made at the Gir Birding Lodge.
Day 03 : Gir National Park
On 3rd day of the Wildlife Safari in Gujarat, you will be enjoying the sightseeing tour to the Gir National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary.
At Gir National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, you will get to see the exotic wildlife species of panther, chital or spotted deer, sambar, blue bull antelope, chinkara gazelle, chousingha, wild boar etc among others. Different types of avian species are also found to rest here.
For dinner you will return to the Gir Birding Lodge and stay overnight.
Day 04 and 05 : Gir National Park And Wildlife Sanctuary
The following 2 days feature morning and evening tour in the Gir Jungles. You will encounter 2 large cats and other wildlife too. Visit the protected area for lions known as Devaliya and crocodile farm. You can also opt for nature walks and birding with the assistance of our tour operator.
Also make a trip to Somnath shore temple, Sun Temple, Ahilya Temple and other popular landmarks.
Gir Birding Lodge is the place for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06 : Gir National Park - Sayla
The 6th day of Wildlife Safari in Gujarat Tour Packages features a drive to Sayla where you will be delighted to spot blackbuck antelope moving in large herds.
In the days of the yore, Sayla was under the rule of Jhala Rajputs. Established by Seshmalj, today Sayla is an abode to beautiful palaces and monuments.
Your stay has been arranged at one of the famous heritage hotels in Sayla called Old Bell Guest House.
Day 07 : Sayla - Ahmedabad
On the last day of the Wildlife Safari in Gujarat you will be visiting the noted Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary in the morning. It is a real delight to spot the birds resting on the banks of the tranquil lake. On permission, you can also try your hands at boating. Later, you will be transferred to Ahmedabad to catch a flight to your next travel destination.
