Day 01 : Arrive at Delhi
Central India Classical Tour begins with your arrival at Delhi Airport, whereby our representative will meet you and escort to hotel. Check into hotel for night stay.
Day 02 : Sightseeing Delhi
Have early breakfast and thereafter we will take you on a sightseeing tour of Delhi - the administrative capital of India. First visit the ancient monuments of Old Delhi including Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and Red Fort. Afterwards, we will head for New Delhi to visit tourist places like Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. Drive past Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Diplomatic Enclave. Retire to hotel for night stay.
Day 03 : Delhi - Bhopal
Day 03 of Central India Classical Tour is marked by onward journey to Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. A prominent tourist destination on Central India tours, Bhopal can be reached by train from New Delhi. Board onward train to Bhopal after breakfast at Delhi hotel; check into hotel upon arrival at Bhopal and relax for a while. Later we will embark on a sightseeing tour of the city, visiting important museums and monuments like Bhopal Bharat Bhawan, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (National Museum of Mankind), Laxmi Narayan or Birla Temple and Taj-ul-Masjid. Retire to the hotel and spend overnight.
Day 04 : Bhopal
Take breakfast early and thereafter proceed for a full day sightseeing tour to Sanchi and Bhimbetka - two of the most important sites covered in any Tour to Central India. Explore the grand stupas and museums of Sanchi, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for Buddhists. Bhimbetka, located 46 km to the south of Bhopal is well renowned for housing some magnificent cave paintings in the 500 odd caves at the site. These paintings are excellent depictions of pre-historic times and the life of cave dwellers. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 05 : Bhopal - Indore
Our next destination on Central India Classical Tour will be Indore. Check out from hotel after breakfast and head for Indore. En route we will stop at the historical city of Ujjain and visit some of its major attractions like Mahakaleshwar Temple, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Chintaman Ganesh Temple, Bhartrihari Caves, Harsiddhi Temple, Vedh Shala (Observatory), Kal Bhairava, Kaliadeh Palace, Gopal Mandir and Navagarha Mandir. Check into hotel upon arrival at Indore and spend overnight.
Day 06 : Indore - Mandu
Have early breakfast and then set out for Mandu by road. Transfer to hotel upon reaching Mandu. Later, we will escort you on a city sightseeing tour of Mandu, covering the magnificent Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace), Hindola Mahal (Swing Palace), Hoshang's Tomb, Ashrafi Mahal and Rupmati's Pavilion. Return to the hotel to spend the night.
Day 07 : Mandu - Maheshwar
The final destination on Central India Classical Tour with Jetworldholidays will be Maheshwar. Have early breakfast and pack your bags for drive to Maheshwar en route visiting Omkareshwar and enjoying some interesting sightseeing there. A land of magnificent temples, Omkareshwar is also a revered pilgrimage destination that receives huge footfalls especially during the festival season. Visit the most renowned Omkar Mandhata Temple here. Afterwards, we will resume on our drive to Maheshwar, a famous temple town lying on the banks of the Narmada River. Check in to hotel upon arrival and stay overnight.
Day 08 : Maheshwar - Indore
Your exciting Central India Classical Tour ends today as you proceed for Indore airport after breakfast to board the connecting flight to Delhi. After arriving at New Delhi International Airport, you can either head for some onward destination or take the homebound flight.
